I don't usually feel debillitating bottom dysphoria the same way as with the top, but today I did. I've been insecure about my lower bits lately, maybe because I've gained weight, or because I'm getting surgery soon, idk. I know that if I packed it would barely make a difference, but I feel uncomfortable when I sit in a position and think about whether I'd be able to sit like that if I had a bulge in my pants, or if the pants size I'm wearing would fit me. I started wearing looser pants, but it bothers me, and I really hope it goes away. Can anyone else relate?

Yes can relate it can be very distressing to feel this way. I am thin but also need to gain weight. It goes both ways your mind my not be able to handle the changes that you want. Sometimes we judge our self's harder than we should. Try to see the positive in that you are trying to get to your goals. :)
