Hi so I'm new here and I'll start by saying hi =)

Ok so I've been on hrt for over 12 months. I've notice a couple of things and am just checking to see how normal it is.

So quick stats- I'm 18 5'5 and 125lbs.

First I noticed around 4 months on hormones that I get wet. I am pre-op so my "vagina" is currently in male form. I get really wet even when a cute guy is just flirting with me, or am horny. I asked my doctor and she said this should stay after srs/gcs. I'm wondering if this increases after surgery? Also does any other pre-op experience this?

My second question is whenever I pee (which is often because of the spirono lol) I noticed that I get turned on. I asked my doctor about this and she said that when the penis is turned into a vagina the inner "tubing" becomes the inside of the vagina and that mine is just probably really sensitive and that when the pee goes through it is like how a cis female feels when getting penetrated. So does anyone else experience a feeling similar to this when peeing?

My last question is about breast size. So currently I am a 32b and have been on hormones for a little over a year. My family is really busty and I started hormones early, estrogen at 16 and took birthcontrol at 14. How late have other girls noticed development? Will I develop past 3 or 4 hears? I am ok with waiting but am just wondering?

No idea whether it increases. Maybe it does. Anyway, I do have this too despite my estradiol levels being abnormally low (endo appointment soon), and feeling excited is not a requirement, even. It's normal, I think.

Uhm, I don't, but then again, my sex drive became close to zero with the anti-androgen. I'd agree with your doctor and say you're just perv sensitive~

I'm not sure, but I think you'll develop mostly during the first 1-2 years, with slow, residual development for the 3rd, 4th and maybe 5th year.

Catherine Sarah

Hi violetdancer ,
A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

With respects to your questions.
1. Yes. Is often reported as a reoccurring event. As I understand it is a relationship of the Spiro (AA blockers) and the prostate. In some cases it does survive GCS, but as to whether it increases, is dependent on the individual.
2. Due to your HRT programme, it's probably heightened nerve sensitivity to the extent the nerve endings in your penis are hyper sensitive, thus causing arousal.
3. Breasts are so uniquely individual that it is very hard to say what and will happen. Growth has been reported as early as a week, through to in excess of 10 years HRT. Certainly there is a rule of thumb regarding genetics, however there are so many other contributing factors that makes it impossible to predict when and how much.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
