Top surgeon in the Philippines

Hello everyone!! I just want to ask if anyone here knows of a chest reconstruction (top surgery) surgeon who practices and resides in the Philippines.I live in the Philippines and I do not have enough money to travel to another country to have my chest done. I've inquired about this from some local doctors I know but all their responses are the same:They do not know anybody who does chest surgery in the Philippines.This places me in a VERY difficult situation.If someone here knows of a top surgeon who resides in the Philippines, please let me know.The info you provide will be greatly appreciated.
