I've chosen to have top surgery with Garramone hopefully soon. I was browsing his website and saw something on there regarding the cost. It said that if there was more time needed for the surgery he would need an extra $200 a half hour. I'm concerned about it because I have a very large chest. DDD to be exact and I''m wondering if I need to worry about this. Has anyone else seen this on the site? Has anyone else had to actually pay the extra $200 or know anyone who has?

I've seen it - Dr. Garramone is the surgeon I'm looking at too. In the disclaimer is said that it happened very, very rarely. Its because they have to rent the hospital room. If an emergency happens and the procedure takes longer due to complications, they have to be able to pay for the usage of the room. The hospital charges him and his staff for taking up the space. At least, that was what I got out of it. But I would love to hear if anyone else has had experiences with him.

I think you should be okay though, I've seen a lot of before and afters with Dr. Garramone and it seems like his results are great - even on guys who had bigger chests, and from what I have read of his reviews they never had to pay an extra feee.
