Pretty sure he announced it about a month or two ago.

EDIT: My bad. He announced a while back about finally getting a referral to the GIC. I guess the process is quite slow. I must have assumed he was on T by now. He has his second appt tomorrow apparently. Probably still won't get T. Wow, I feel bad for trans folk in England.
