HELP! What precaution need take so that silicon tits not explode?

Hi,

I've recently operated and I hear story where girls silicon explode and leak off? This is very scary. I saved so much to have tits, I don't want it to explode cos I have no money to put more again. Please tell me all precautions need take to not explode. Me very scared.  I usually sleep frontally, is this dangerous to my implants if I sleep like this everyday? And some guys are so pervert, they squeeze it like a balloon so hard,(though I don't really feel anything) is this dangerous too? Or they can squeeze it how much they want and it will never explode?

Please tell me ALL precaution need take to not explode.

My wife was VERY concerned about that ages ago when she got her BA. When challenging the surgeon on it, he took a sample implant and slammed it to the floor. SHe was satisfied.

It's been 20+ years and a fair ammount of abuse since. No problems

Gases expand under low pressure (vacuum). Solids, semi-solids, liquids do not (absolutely negligible... wanting to get really technical)

So, yes, the only thing that is ever busted here is some silly myth.

There's hardly any chance of that happening. Implants can rupture and leak but not explode. If it's a huge concern you can get cohesive gel implants that can't leak because they don't have fluid on the inside.

What you might have heard is about implants presenting risks and needing to be replaced after X years. That's true. But they don't explode. And if they do, that was the worst implant ever, and no precaution would have kept you from the catastrophe. But really, is it even possible? Besides, I thought silicon implants were solid. How would a solid explode unless you irradiate it and stuff? (And before you ask, I'm confident any radiation strong enough to make an implant "explode" would kill you ages before that happens.)

And uhm. I thought silicone implants were banned for a reason I forgot..?

I've heard of exactly one case of breast implants "exploding" (more like a rupture). In that instance, it was a ciswoman who had a deep-discount enhancement done overseas and had an unfortunate eruption on the plane trip home. It turns out her doctor was not even a licensed doctor and had used poor quality implants obtained from a questionable source that specifically carried a warning against high altitude use. (To be honest, I cannot even confirm that this case really happened. It could be an urban legend.) My point is that exploding implants are pretty much unheard of.

As long as you have a reputable surgeon who uses standard quality supplies, you should have no problems. I say rest easy and do what feels right for you.
