Which one is more complicated? Metroid or phalloplasty? I want what ever is the least painful, cheapest, and would be a more speedy recovery.

Least expensive would be a simple release. It starts at $2,000 in the US but all depends on the surgeon, and how many things you want/need.

Phalloplasty is much more complicated and expensive than metiodioplasty and normally takes more than one operation, but is this really something that you want to be taking the cheapest and most convenient option for?  I think I'd rather save up longer to get which I would be more satisfied with.

Basically.  Considering it's something you are going to have the rest of your life, I don't think "cheap" is something that should be a deciding factor in who does the procedure or not.

i think meta is simpler as there are surgeons who will do it all in one where as a phallo has to be done one step at a time.

If you are going to invest in lower surgery, save up and get a good surgeon. It's something you want to be happy with. Buyers remorse okay on a pair of shoes or something, but dick buyers remorse...

But is there any website where we can see pictures of only the release(before and after)?
Like no urethral lengthening and all that. Just the release.

Right now that's what I'm most interested in but not many get only the release done.
Let alone show pictures online.

You're going to have it for life dude, don't go for the cheapest just because it's cheap.
Take your time to pick a procedure and surgeon. It's not something you want to regret later on.

transbucket.com has some i believe. not really any recent i don't think but you just go to search galleries and there are these drop down menus to pick bottom surgery and any to search back further than a year and there are plenty of both procedures to look at.
