Hello,
Is it possible (in the UK) to have top surgery before you are eighteen? I am assuming that you would have to go private, but if money was not an issue would it be possible to have top surgery when you were underage? What would you need for this? I have legally changed my name by deed poll and I am with the Tavistock and Portman. I have full permission and support from my parents for this course of action.

Does anyone know?

Yeah its possible :) You would need the approval of a therapist/s and then you would just have to find a surgeon willing to operate on someone under age. Hopefully the court wont have to be involved. I think its awesome that your parents can support this!

Probably, but you might have to work a bit to find a surgeon. Mostly surgery for minors is approved by parents. I am guessing they would need to see that you have been in therapy for awhile, as gender questioning is not entirely unknown in kids (not saying that's going on with you, just that minors sometimes question their gender).
