hello every body,i am FTM and i had  hysterectomy and  mastectomy.i am going to do low surgery but i want to know is it possible metoidioplasty and prosthetic insid it,is there any dr can do this surgery?is there any person to help me

Congraduations on getting top surgery and a hysterectomy; are your ovaries gone too?  I don't completely understanding your question of wanting a prothesis in your enlarged organ after metiodioplasty.  After being on T for a couple of years you should have a nice enlarge clitoris/penis that will get natural erections so why would you want a prothesis put in destroying the natural erections?

tnx ,i saw too many metoidioplasty but all of them is small and u cant do any sex, do u heard about prosthesis inside the body?its very natural and that's not outside of body,

That's not true that you can't have sex with a meta.

That's not true that you can't have sex with a meta.

It's genetic specific. Some guys are more blessed than others, so yeah, to state that across the board no one who's had a meta can ever have penetrative sex is not entirely true. It is a case by case basis.
