Indeed. I just want to look at the mirror and say "Much better than before". Knowing that there is a posibility of fixing what nature screwed changes everything (referring to the face, not the things between the legs, that just happens). All my life trying to accept a hideous face I could nor identify as mine, thinking that facial surgery was something only rich people and famous stars could pay for... I saved for a home, or a car... but I never though I could invest in myself, and just fixing the body would help more than paying for something to just ignore the situation and keep me occupied.

The thing that bothers me now is having to travel twice, one for the consultation and another one for the surgery itself, maybe a third one if they need to evaluate the healing.

I'd better save for plane tickets, too.

you should stay there in your recovery time for a few weeks,if you can afford to take the vacation.

If you're going to Peru, pm me, you have to try the cuisine :P.

(don't worry too much about safety in Peru, you're a spaniard, so you shouldn't get too much of a hassle. Just have common sense and try to "blend in". Can't speak for Mexico.)
I can see me
I can see you
Are you me?
Or am I you?

Three weeks is the maximum I can stop (all my holidays for a year), not sure it cosmetic surgery qualifies for taking a medical leave, and it is quite risky with the current situation. I have a contact in Mexico, And he already had to deal with narc shootings close to the bus route. I'm hoping that Lazaro guy has the clinic located in a safe zone.

For the moment, just take notes and hope the therapy progresses. And stop checking those before / after threads, they are the best thing to get me depressed (even more) and make me lose hope). I don't know if it is just my negativity or everybody had a better starting face than me.
