Androgynous names

I've got a bi-gender friend who is looking for an androgynous name so that when they switch between genders their name still fits them. They are looking for an online list so that they can turn it into a discussion with a parent and so the parent can have input on a name. Anyone know of a website that lists names that aren't just sorted into masculine/feminine names and have a list that is particularly for non-gendered/unisex/androgynous names? I was thinking that there are many websites that are meant to be used by parents-to-be, but I haven't found a site that would particularly be useful. I've found ones that list unisex names, but there is only a short list or in some cases the lists includes names that aren't particularly useful when looking for a name that is more-or-less a name that is familiar to most English speaking individuals. If it helps any, my friend is trying to keep the first letter of the name the same as it is now, which is the letter E.

Any help would be great.

I like this and it may or may not help my friend. I was hoping for a site the could be searched by first letter of the name or could be arranged alphabetically to find what they are looking for. My friend is hoping to keep their initials the same.

The social security website can display name information many different ways.
http://www.socialsecurity.gov/OACT/babynames/

Under the "popularity of a name" section you can type in a name and select Male, Female or None.
It gives a numerical rank of the popularity.  For example the male name Carol peaked at #326 in 1937.  As a Female name it peaked at #4 in 1941.

Randi as a female name peaked at # 406 in 1952 and again at # 235 in 1982.
