Yeah, I hate it too and I have this weird fear that everyone in the world can see through the window and see me have to shave and unfortunately, I still have to do that every day. I've had some laser, but haven't been able to afford electro to get all the white and grays.

I must look like a monster the days where my entire body is covered by it!

Yes, it costs plenty and is slow and tedious. There were times I wished that my whiskers were black so I could have taken advantage of laser and be done with it. Thankfully the rest of me is totally hairless and fuzzless other than the crotch. I used to shave my legs but now it just never grows back. I do underarms, but that is sparse too. If I could take some of that other hair and transplant it on my head I'd be in good shape with naturally curly hair to boot!  ;D

A woman at work who has in the past always treated me with hauteur, today sprinted after me in heels in the rain to tell me I'd been given the wrong key, apologised for wasting my time, then found me the right key and apologised again for how long it took to find it.

My mum returned a call today, we chatted for about 10 minutes.
She didn't sound too impressed when I casualy mentioned that I was having a few hiccups with my benifits because of changing my name (see how I dropped it into a casual converation?). The important thing is that she didn't say anything negative for a change.
It's the best way with her, drop in one little nugget per conversation so I don't overload her & give her time.

I'm not insisting she uses my new name yet because we have a sick elderly relative who doesn't know i'm trans & I don't think it's wise to risk any slip ups. She worries about everything until she makes herself ill, we try not to let her watch the news too much because of this.
I'm not sure how long i'll be able to keep this a secret but telling her in her poor state of health would be a very bad idea I think.

Good day at work, pay day, and full of carnitas, I left early to pick up my wife and take her to her dr appt. On the drive to get her I did 45 minutes of voice practice. I FOUND MY FEMALE SHOUTING VOICE. I have been so soft spoken, but I was playing around with facial resonance when I found a sweet spot where it just sounded clear and sharp, and I gave it a full diaphragm of air. It was so piercingly loud, female, and feirce, I thought the glass might break! It was awesome. Windows rolled up all the way, at the gas station, threw in a little practice, just diaphragm, not pushing, and guys 40 feet away turned around to see what was going on. Heehee, now that I found it, I don't think I'll lose it. WATCH OUT! I CAN SHOUT!

When I went to see a GP about some sleeping tablets I saw a doctor who's never seen me before. I explained the problems that are causing my lack of sleep & mentioned my upcoming about gender reasignment playing a small part in it, after a few seconds she interupted & asked me which way i'm going FTM or MTF!

My skin is bright red & weeping so I hadn't shaved, a was wearing neutral clothes & pink nail varnish, i'm well chuffed that someone thinks my face is neutral enough to make her uncertain about what physical gender I started with.

This isn't the first time I noticed this, but I looked in the mirror and my hips are gone. I love it. I can remember standing in class to sing the national anthem and pray, and noticing that the girls in the class were developing hips. I'd feel sick and scared, hoping they'd never develop on me. They did. And some of my family teased me about my "childbearing hips" until I'd break down into tears. They thought it was funny because they didn't understand why it made me so angry and sad. It felt like a death sentence.

But now I look and I see that my lower body looks the way it was meant to. I still have a bit of a butt for the moment, but my hips are gone. Everything is proportioned right. I wish I could take a picture and send it back to my younger self and tell him that while things aren't perfect, he doesn't have to live with the pain of his whole body being wrong forever.

I was thinking whilst typing a text of my next words which were 'hold a candle' then I looked and realised I'd put 'handle' Lol.

Easily pleased.

My new hair came today. It was a little scary there for a while because the manufacturer ceased making my old color combination and it wasn't available anywhere on earth. But the new blend and style I ordered works, after consulting a factory rep LOL. I'll find a new matching dye tomorrow so I can get the blend with my own right. The new look will need darker roots.

And we're eating scratch chicken soup with curry powder, basmati rice, carrots, celery, cilantro, sweet red peppers, italian parsley, sweet corn, onions, garlic and bay leaves with an organic chicken base. My bowl also gets cayenne 'cause I'm the spicy one.

Ego boost shopping at Costco: stranger said out of the blue 'you look so pretty today!'

Went out for dinner last night to the local Chinese, very nice.

There was a table of four woman next to mine and they heard me chatting to the waitress about not knowing what to do after dinner. They asked if I wanted to go to the local hotel with them as there was a band playing and they felt like dancing. I had been there before and of course I said yes.

Had a great night. We were the only ones dancing and in their break the band came over and sat and had a drink with us.

Great time.

I hardly had friends before I became me and now other girls are asking me to join them dancing.

I feel great.

Wow that's really great, especially that you had the courage to say yes. I don't think I would, even now.

Go you Cindy haha  :D

I'm really looking forward to tonight's episode of Once Upon a Time.
I've gotten a lot of cleaning done and it's only 2pm.
I feel really confident about my identity today. I'm a guy. That feels great.

I finally used up the last of the soap that makes me skin irritated. ;D It took a long time. But now I can use the Ivory soap my parents bought.

I got Glofish and two more tetras bringing the school up to 10 fish. :D  I love to watch them since now I have the oddest school of fish I've ever seen. XD  They were supposed to school separately, but that didn't work out so well.

You must have a nice aquarium! I have a 6000 gallon pond and waterfall in my back yard where I've raised 10 Koi from little bitty things to a foot long already. The water is about 50 degrees now so they have gone into sort of a suspended animation mode down toward the bottom and won't need to be fed until Mother's day next year. These guys are my hobby interest, I was hoping for some little ones but I think they may have eaten them.
