I just had periareolar top surgery a few months ago, and my chest is almost back to the size it was before. I had a smallish A-cup before surgery. After the first few weeks of initial swelling, it was perfect, but then it started to swell up again.  Now the skin hasn't tightened at all, and the sagging and swelling has actually gotten worse this month,  it's also started hurting again.  I've looked at tons of recoveries, and I've never seen anyone else have issues like these or at least not nearly as bad; Most of the results are usually perfect almost a week post-op. Am I going to have to get the surgery re-done? Even though I am taking blockers and T, could it still re-grow? Also, should I try to compress it further with ace bandages so it might get better?

You didn't say how old you are.  And you didn't say whether the swelling felt like glandular tissue, adipose (fatty) tissue, or fluid build up in the tissues.

Humans are born with all the fats cells they are going to have, with one exception.  Natale females form more fat cells, particularly in the breasts, butt, and hips during puberty.  MtFs have a similar effect during HRT.

You also need consider whether you are pregnant.

I am 16, and most definitely not that. I also haven't gained any weight; at most a lb since I came from surgery.
My chest hadn't gotten any bigger since I was 12, even without blockers.. and if the hormone blockers are working now, could it actually even be breast tissue?
Also, I'm almost certain it's not fluid build up, but I'm not 100% sure what it's supposed to feel like anymore, and nothing I search about it is relevant.
Sorry, I'm not sure that really helps, I'm kind of brain-dead at the moment.

I really like your icon, by the way.
