I've been pretty depressed lately because I don't feel like I'll ever really pass or be pretty. Yeah people say I look feminine and I get she'd and her'd and ma'amed and stuff but I don't know why. It's prolly cause of my height and perky boobs but what good are boobs when you look like a man? IDK do you think I'll get more passable or pretty at all with time? I'd like honest answers if you don't think I'll ever remotely pass, please tell me.






I figure the only reason I pass is the boobs. They're too big for someone who looks like a man.

No honey, there's no way that you look like a man, yes you have perky boobs, and that's cool, but that's not all of it. You look like a cis female to me kid, I know my stuff because I've been around for a long time and have surveyed a lot of cis females in my life and some of it I'm not proud of. You look nice honey, take it from me girl!

Joanna, there is seriously NO male left in you whatsoever. I can't even see it. Looks to me like you've reached the magical phase where everyone accepts you but yourself, and the only reason you can't see it is because you were looking at yourself as a male for so long, so can still see the same features. And I saw your before pictures. You seriously do not even look like the same person anymore. You pass.

(Again, if people are calling you "ma'am" in public even when you're not trying, there's a very good reason for it.)

Wow, you are all so so kind. Thank you so so much. I will have to internalize your responses and try to make them stick. I figured I'd stop worrying once I got she'd and stuff but it has come back with a vengeance and i haven't even wanted to leave the house to do research and have had trouble writing, which is my source of income. Yeah I know I need patience. I've only been on HRT for four months and three weeks so it's not that long and I should prolly shut up as I'm sure some people get annoyed that I need this reassurance. I do feel a lot better now and more confident but for the last week I've been super depressed about how I felt I looked: a man with 36C boobs.

Thanks! I do need to stop stressing myself out. I always think bad things are going to happen like being laughed at in the streets but nothing remotely like that occurs.

You can see you body and you are right it is nice but the lighting in the picture is pretty bad. If you get all that work though you will def pass, no questions asked.
