I've been on estrofem and spiro for two whole months now, and the effects are more noticeable than I anticipated. My bustline has already grown by an inch and a half, my waistline has shrunk by an  inch and my hips have grown by an inch. I can still pass my breasts off as "man boobs," but it's clear those days are numbered. They are very sensitive- Which is good news in the bedroom with my girlfriend, but bad news when I unexpectedly bump into something (ouch).

My skin and hair both continue to get softer, and I'm more sensitive to cold temps and strong odors. "It" still works, which is fine with me, but I'm considering asking my endo to up my spiro dosage at my next appointment. My attraction to women remains strong (but different than before HRT- more under my control), but I'm starting to "notice" a handful of boys in a way I hadn't before. I still don't see my orientation fundamentally changing, though.

The biggest thing is that my state of mind is 1000% better than it was pre-HRT. I can't imagine going back to being that anxious, depressed person now.
