Hi everyone, I'm new to Susan's Place and just had a DI mastectomy in Thailand at PAI. I am 12 days post-op and so far am healing well. However, I would love to hear from other trans-guys out there for tips since my doctor didn't provide as much post op support as I would have liked. In particular, I'd love suggestions for:

*What works well to minimize scarring?
*Is there anything I can do to increase my chances for returned sensation?
*Longer term, what exercise plans did guys follow to build their pectoral muscles and chest after the operation? There's a lot of info for pre-op muscle building, but with the lifting restrictions, I'd like to know who has a good plan for keeping fit and sticking to doctor's orders.

Thanks!
Das
