I've been researching them for a while and have heard great things. The only down side I've been able to find was the incision has to be bigger to place them. Which leave a bigger scar.

Has anyone here gotten these??

What do they look and feel like after they heal??

My worst fear is getting implants that look unnatural like 2 grapefruits. **Yikes**

It'd be worse if they looked like gummi bears :).

Grab a bag of gummy bears and squeeze. That's how the implant is supposed to feel. That and the silicone itself is in a gel like state. It stays in the shell if rupture occurs.

On the scar size issue. Upto a certain size, 500cc's?, the surgeon can still go in by way of your armpits.

I hope the above helps.

That's not what I meant lol, I mean how do they feel post op. I know certain types of implants feel kinda stiff and some have more of a squishy feel to them.

I've seen a few where the incision was done right the sides of the breasts.

Well, I have those... 2 months post-op.

They will be quite firm initially, not so much because of the implants - but because of the placement (sub-muscular) and the skin being initially tight until all settles in.
They became quite a bit softer already after 2 months, but believe me... you would not want some dude to go squeeze them at that stage.
That BTW is also the case with ANY implant done for FAAB, for all I heard.

The scar is below the breasts (Inframammary) and now measures 2 1/2" and is fading rapidly.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inframammary_fold

The scar can only be noticed lying on one's back, as it is hidden in the inframammarfy-fold below the breasts.

In my case the implants are 315cc anatomical shape, cohesive silicone gel, i.e. not the round jelly dots. They are still on a VERY limited scale available in the US... only 2 suppliers are FDA approved – by my last information.

Lastly, if one has a wider chest the anatomical shape seems almost a must, to achieve a natural appearance. These implants are quite some more expensive - and also are more difficult to place correctly due to their 'elliptical' shape.

Thank you for the info Axélle.

You said you have the anatomical shaped ones. When you don't have on a bra and you lift your breasts up with your hands do they rise and fall naturally?? I always thought that the anatomical ones wouldn't do this as much as the round ones.

I've been doing a lot of homework on these and I think I've made up my mind.

Yes, they do rise and fall when lifted with one's hands. At a size 38C I suppose they would for most anyone?
Though, I do not need to wear a bra (yet?). Only if in need and so desired to show some cleavage.

I also had saline-implants on my list... but Dr Rushapol said that those were mostly a thing of the past and not at all recommended by him.
The 'floppier' the implant the trickier will also be the placement - and there ARE comebacks if one looks unequal post BA. I know of two FAAB that had/have this issue.

I would love to go very large with the breast implants.
I'm also going for gummy bears.

I would like to be ideally an 85E or an 85F cup with lots of cleavage.
I love wearing tank tops and mini blouses.
Thinking about 500 to 800CC.

I have a very toned booty so in my case the very large breasts would balance everything better.

I personally also love it to bury a man's head between my breasts, so they would need to be sizeable enough to do that. I'm currently 85B-cup ( EU size ).

I have also been researching, so thanks for the input Axélle!  I want the most natural looking and feeling.  I would be happy with any FAAB 40+ YO droopy boobs lol  I don't want something that looks and feels unnatural so I am worried that under the muscle would make them feel hard.... is that not the case?  I have also been reading about fat redistribution as an option although it is a risk that the body will reabsorb.

The relatively stiff 'gummi bear' implants are shaped to look most natural while sitting up or standing.  They don't move quite like breast tissue when lying down, and a larger size can look pretty odd when in bed.  The textured surface of the implants, needed to prevent shifting of position, has been linked to a slightly higher risk of anaplastic large-cell lymphoma, a type of cancer.

I personally went with a simple round soft cohesive implant, 300cc per side to move me from a 34B/36A to a 36C-D/38B-C (exactly which depends on the maker).   It initially has that odd "2 grapefruits" look that some women actually want (!?!!), but after two months has settled down nicely.

The incision is healing well and I am applying a silicone scar minimization treatment twice a day.

I'm happy with the result.

I had the cohesive gel implants last July. Went from 38A to a 36DD or more comfortably a 38D. Mine were 640cc. My surgeon only uses the gummie bears. I don't know if that will become the new standard.I did under the muscle. I have found positives and negatives with the gel type and the under the muscle placement. Positives include less risk of capsular contracture with under the muscle. Negative is that on trans women, the boobs tend to be spaced farther apart. When you have the implant under the muscle, they don't move as well. Getting cleavage is hard because they tend to be more stationary. Under the muscle has less chance of showing any rippling. A negative is that when your muscles flex the boobs move. Positive for cohesive gel is that I don't have to wear a bra if I don't want. Negative is you don't get the feeling of movement much when you walk. Laying down, I think they look fine. I wondered if I  had gone bigger, where the growth would show up, maybe too much on the side. I think there is a good chance that the side boobage would have increased. One of the reasons I went bigger to start with was to get some side boobage to give a curvier shape. I am pretty happy I did. Overall, I like my boobs. They are firmer than other women my age. They are by no means  rock hard, just nice and firm.  They are pleasantly firm. I do wish they were closer together and I do miss the feeling of motion that over the muscle might have given me. But I do like not wearing a  bra. It is weird but my boobs don't look too big until my top is off. Then they look pretty big. Bottom line is that there is no perfect thing that covers all the bases. You kind of have to decide what  is important to you. Oh, I am having laser on the scars and that has really helped them fade. Another thing is I'm still waiting for feeling to return in much of boobs below the nipples. Getting there. Oh yeah, it took me over six months for them to drop. They had me nervous at first because they were so high. Can't think of anything else. First real bathing suit season this year, can't wait.
If I ever offend you, let me know. It's not what I am about.
