Does anybody have some experience with the food supplement Quercetin ? It should boost aromatase when taken in high enough quantity. In too low quantity it does the opposite. Aromatase is the changing of testosteron into estradiol. Quercetin is present in food like onions or safflower oil. But it can be bought as a supplement as well and it's really not expensive at all, it is a bioflavonoid. You also don't need any form of a prescription or so.
Quercetin is considered to be safe. Still, as aromatase would make the female hormone levels higher wjhen taken in a high enough doses it would be bad if that's exactly what you don't want. In other words much Quercetin would be good if you want "male to female", which is exactly what aromatase is. But not in other cases. Trying to find info on quercetin and aromatase brings you to breast cancer research sometimes. But in these cases it's about genuine women ( in the menopause ) who have too much female hormones. In this case it would be bad, but if you're a male to female transgender person it would be good.
I have tried the "find" functionality on the forum and I'm a bit surprised I didn't find really something about Quercetin. And also not about aromatase while this seems to be such an essential topic, it's transgender male to female on a metabolic level.
