aww, that article just breaks my heart.  Wish I had been born ten years later than I was.

I sometimes think that but then things are a bit off these days and I am afraid that my warped sense of humour, with me since birth, would probably have landed me in jail by the fourth grade. As much as I did suffer from GID, I did enjoy some activities that most schools have no banned such as recess, tag, and dodge ball (I was good at holding onto the ball even though I was a skinny one).

I go with Billy Joel with this area, "the good ole days weren't always good and tomorrow ain't as bad as it seems..."
