Saving up is so dang annoying!

Ok, I have to wait to start HRT by late January 2013 and seeing as to how I'm a Long Island volunteer firefighter and a hospital volunteer, I don't make any money. I do, however, get a $20 allowance per week, which I am completely grateful for. Honestly, I can't spend money on anything and if I do, I flip out for hours over even a $1 expenditure. I'm not really asking anything, just venting.
