Haven't had much experience with the chat room but I'll look into it for you and see if I can find what might be the hang up. Not much I can do without knowing the system you are on. First thing would be to check with the system administrator on campus. They are most likely located in your admin building but check your campus map for the location of their office. I'm sure tech support will be able to get you up and running. Also check any security software you are running on your computer. If you have Norton Security running you may have to disable it. There should be an icon in your lower right application tray. Right click the icon and turn it off, you should be able to access chat after that unless the campus system has other security measures in place. Hope that helps.
