Gender Therapist

I got assigned my gender therapist today...but now I'm too chicken to call and schedule my first appointment with her. I know my parents aren't going to be supportive at all  . I'm just so scared! I know it's my life but I'm just afraid my folks are going to put me out and shun me. I just lost on what to do

I take it that they will find out you went to see a therapist (i.e. On their insurance).  If that is not the case, then you can see who you wish too.
