Hmm, I have an awkward and embarrassing question to ask.  I have tried looking around various boards, but I think my situation may be more unique, hence the post.  If this question has been answered elsewhere, let me apologize in advance, because I didn't see it.

First let me explain with some personal History.  I had SRS is Dec. 2004 by Suporn.  After my lovely stay in Thailand I returned to States where I had some post operative complication.  Due to which I was advised to actually stop dilating for a while due to the extreme pain it was causing (which wasn't the case while I was still in Thailand). Before I left Thailand I was using a 38mm stent, but due to having to stop dilating during the healing process I lost both girth and depth.  Depth isn't really a problem, I originally had more than I knew what to do with.  But I'm now stuck using a small size dilator (26mm).  Because of the situation I have avoided trying to have intercourse with with men since srs because I am so tight.

So I guess to sum up my question, is there anything I can do at this point (short of another surgery) that can increase width of my vagina or am I just stuck where I am at?

I have an idea, but I want to be clear.  What do you mean by dynamic dilation?

Dynamic Dilation is the "stirring" motion that Suporn reccomends during dilation.  Insert your
dilator to full depth, back off slightly then "stir" the end of the dilator.  You are  effectively stretching
the opening.  Try to visualize the motion forming a cone or funnel.

During each dilation session.  Work this motion with your current dilator, stretching as much as possible.
While you are "loose" try to go up in size.  Keep working at it. This is going to take a lot of time, effort and
probably some pain to regain your diameter.

Best Wishes,
Elaina

Thanks for the tip.  Not exactly what I thought by dynamic though. lol.  I looked up a bit and saw that its a technique Suporn now uses.  It wasn't so when I had SRS.  I guess things keep progressing.  Anyways, I decided to give it a go, and I can already see the difference it makes.  But I still wonder if I gain back enough elasticity to really make intercourse viable.  I guess I just gotta try.

I wonder though, has anyone else a similar experience?  Where you able to gain back elasticity?

you`ll be fine, Im in the process of stretching myself back out to be able to use the medium dilator aswell. Its working out well just be patient and keep stirring!  it is possible to get the width back.
