Halloween has to be one of the more fun holidays.

This weekend, next Wednesday, and next weekend are going to be prime days for dressing up.

Please  post in this topic descriptions or pictures of your costume.  They need not be extravagant.  I will post mine on Wednesday!

Do we have any other brave, or fun-loving, souls here?

I am going as Levy McGarden.  My son picked out the costume.  I don't have any pictures yet as I have to have the dress adjusted. I have lost weight since I got it made so it needs to be taken in.

Lucky Peach

I'm going as Katniss from the Hunger Games :D
I'm not doing the whole bow and arena jacket thing though. I got myself a red formal one-shoulder gown and I'm going that route

I'm super excited about it, although I know I won't look half as good in my dress as that

I don't need a halloween costume, I'd just go as the thing that lives in the marsh.

Oh, hush! I've seen a picture of you somewhere here, and let me say that you look fierce, girl!

Anywho, I won't be dressing for Halloween. Never have and won't until I'm finally full time. When I do transition, here are my top 4 picks.

#4 --> The fabulous fighter, wielder of the light arrows, and princess of the Hyrule Kingdom... Princess Zelda!

#3 --> Master of magic, the sexy sorceress, and the speaker of English, both forwards and backwards... Zatanna!

#2 The amazonian champion, the vicious vixen, and the Princess of Themyscira... Diana, i.e, Wonder Woman, of the new 52! (Less trashy costume)

and coming in at #1... (Drum roll, please).... The hero of Hyrule, wielder of the blade of evil's bane, the living arsenal, and the most awesome knight on this side of the River Sytx...LINK!!! (I know he's a guy, but he's just so awesome.  :))

So, what do y'all think?

totally awesome!

Here's what I went two years ago when I was first transitioning (and no...hrt didnt make the boobs...always had em lol)

And my BF at the time made the outfit. He used to be a theatre costume designer in New York. One of the perks of being gay before transitioning lol. You have the most wardrobe-making creative lovers!!

Jamie D, good on you, I was about to start a thread a while ago as I hadn't seen a Halloween photo outing at bars or parties, then I saw you put this. Usually I have gone to bars in the LGBT area of Toronto. This is the second time in 3 years that I have come out at a local bar in the suburb where my wife and I live. Unfortunately my wife has a cold and couldn't go last night. Missed not having there and dancing. We have been regulars at this pub for about 4 months, know the manager & she has beautiful female servers that we are getting to know, they were the ones I had much of any talk time with. Live bands play Saturday nights, it is a real friendly community bar and often times even though people may have never met before, some people get others up dancing and intermingle. A guy we have met before has danced with us & doesn't mind who he dances with just likes to dance as I do, so he got me to dance with him, another guy joined in next thing I knew everyone was watching us & then I felt like the paparatzi was there, a lot of flashes from cameras went off. So I danced quite a bit the rest of the night sometimes with ladies who's husband didn't want to dance with them. I got lots of compliments. Amazing coming from cis women, I am very gracious in acceptance from this humble servant.

Hope there are others that had their night to fly in freedom as who they are.
Hugs
Jamie

Not having a show this year I was going to skip Halloween.  But now - NOW, now we're going to have a parade for the Giants that day.  So I'm thinking...  Humm, come for the parade, stay for the party, what could go wrong?

I was thinking of heading out... but (ironically) I got scared ;3

I completely understand.

I went to my cardio rehab session on Wednesday afternoon dress as an enema nurse, complete with an enema kit draped around my neck.  I had great fun.  And did not give any of the other geriatrics in the program a heart attack.

@ Jamie D,

That sounds creative and funny. Did you have a pic taken of you in the nurse enema outfit?
