Hi
I have mixed feelings about my transition at work
I'm common girl for people who I met now, I rent an apartment and I'm just a lesbian girl living with other girl for peoples prom house.
But at work, I don't know, they know about my change, I don't force it, I still waiting for new ID and to change name here officially, but it is still little awkward
I share office with two colleagues, there is most time silence and I speak with them maybe once or twice a week

It does take time to get used to being called by a new name and it takes people time to get used to calling you by it. My name change was in June and five months later I am settled with my new name and it sounds natural to me, but for the first month it felt unusual.
