UK South West - advocacy survey

Hi all - if you're in their catchment area (Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset or Bath & North East Somerset), please consider completing this short online anonymous survey for SEAP on LGBT advocacy in the area.

Note that after me giving them some feedback, it no longer asks "Are you Male, Female, or Trans?" but gives the options "Male, Female, Other (specify)" and asks separately whether you identify as trans.
