Don't want to derail, but Nygeel--a different haircut might accentuate any male hairline you have.
Apart from that, you have some characteristics still working against you that will take time to balance out--your eyebrows look sculpted rather than bushy, you have really pretty eyes, and you seem to have a Cupid's-bow mouth. But you are looking manlier and manlier. The facial hair certainly helps.
One of my exes had very sexy lips that any girl would envy. When he had a full mustache and beard, his lips weren't noticeable. When he shaved, we were all commenting about his mouth. I wonder if he was misgendered when he was thirteen...
Some of my changes might have been due to weight loss as much as T. But my face is much leaner. I look more like I did when I was in my androgynous twenties, except my eyebrows get super bushy now if they aren't trimmed (like Dad's). Also, the skin is a bit coarser and pinker (more red blood cells, I guess).
I think that facially, my biggest changes are hair-related--bushy eyebrows, receding hairline, good sideburns, and the beard (still a bit too scruffy).
P.S. RagingShadow, is that first pic pre-T or post-T??
