Odd looks from security guards/gate keepers at work

I'm me for some time, but I have no changed name signs at work yet, but I'm clearly a girl, people who don't know me just like common girl.
But that security guards/gate keepers, some give me looks some call me Mr. ....  guys hold me doors and are cute ant they call me Mr. 
On Monday here come a package for new name, so everyone will know for sure(easy way  )
And now they look at me like  ok everything better than Mr

You can always reassure them that you don't fancy them in the least.
