Going off estrogen?

Just curious, say someone was on estrogen for like 5 years and during that time had SRS, then went off, what would return?
Again just curious.

Nothing would return but you'd be one sick puppy and boobs would get droopy. I had an orchiectomy about ten years ago and then for some stupid reason I went off HRT. For two years I had neither estrogen or testosterone in my system, finally I became very sick because my thyroid had practically flatlined. I'm back on HRT and good as new after having to take some meds to get the thyroid up and running again. The thyroid regulates a lot of stuff. Not smart to mess around with necessary required dosages once one has been physically and surgically modified.

Here is a lot of information on estrogen from our Wiki. You can never have too much information, and of course your doctor is the best source for information that applies specifically to you. Hugs, Devlyn
