Hi, everyone! I'm Shannon (tentatively, I've played around with a few over the past couple of months, but so far Shannon is my favorite).
Where to start... Well, I'm verging on my 20s (yes, I am getting an early start), First time I ever thought about this was last February, actually, so just short of a year ago, when it literally came to me in a dream. Then when I woke up and felt something was off, I started doing some reading. Gradually the feelings waned and then came back in August after, guess what, another dream. This time they stuck, and well, here I am!

Currently, I'm at a local community college as a computer science major. Next fall I'm going up to Humboldt State, and so my plans are to be full-time by then. Fortunately, as this is my last semester in the CC district, I get the summer off to work on it! Also fortunately, Humboldt has a wonderful LGBT community and even has a section of housing dedicated to them, which also functions as gender-neutral housing. Score!

Anywhooo, that's just a lil bit about me.

Hi Shannon,

Another big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
