Good things to do before HRT that will be harder on it?

Ok, I know that there are some things that are better done in advance. Losing weight and man-fat, getting a better muscle tone if you need it... These kind of things would probably be more difficult on a slowed down metabolism on HRT.

But apart from this, Are there any other physical things that would be good to achieve or change before HRT? For example, I drink almost no alcohol (two beers per week), but I was thinking of stopping completely to avoid giving extra work to the liver.

The only things I am trying to do for now before doing any changes are laser hair removal in advance and improving my physic on the areas that are rather flabby, stretching to improve my posture, etc...

I can't think of too much. Couple things. Lower your sugar and carbohydrate intake. High blood sugar ages the skin and damages organs. Have you ever tried meditation? Awaking meditation can help reduce stress, over-thinking and negative thoughts.

And I am always questioned about how can I take my coffee without sugar, dislike for sweets growing bigger every year... My diet is a bit more controlled now than before, but it could be slightly better. From time to time I need to eat something big to avoid people questioning if I am getting anorexic.

Nope. My relaxation methods imply spinning and doing lots of exercise, it's the only thing that helps me with purging the stress. Next to doing arts and crafts.
