Does one can produce testosterone even after years on HRT if still pre-op?

Yes, but not from your testicles.

The human body produces about 10% of its testosterone & estradial from your adrenal glands.  The rest is produced by your gonads.

If you are a long term user of blockers and cross hormone therapy, and have chemically sterilized yourself, you will still have some measure of sex steroids in your system.  But not enough to produce any noticeable secondary sexual characteristics.

Thanks for yr reply. I was not so much concerned about male markers as I was about health matters as one's body seeks balance even thru HRT. I like small levels of T in my system for energy, mood, and maintenance....just my thing tho. I just do not want to resort to patches of test if I find myself depleted of T at one point in my life. I just started HRT so I can still reverse it if so.

When  I was on pre op HRT i was taking estridiol and spirno...aft a yr my test levels were 70 and my estrogen total was in the 500 something range. That is higher than the average female, so it was good enough for not being too fatigued.
