Recently I've been really frustrated over my backside- Pretty much all my fat goes to my butt and thighs, and it's given me a HUGE butt. No matter what I wear, it's painfully obviously female. I'm not even overweight or anything- that's just where it all goes. I was wondering if anyone had any tips of how to deal with this?

Couple different options depending on how big the distribution difference is. If you bind, you can get a long binder which will bind hips and some spanks or compression shorts to compress hips. You could work out and build up your arm/shoulder muscles which could balance your lower half out a bit. Or you could try to lose body fat, however if your weight is just carried there you'll be proportionally smaller and that doesn't do much. There's also ways to wear your clothes, like an open vest, with non pleated trousers. any sort of open coat or jacket will create a straighter line than something closed.

You could do some exercises that will work those muscles, and burn the fat off. Working out with some weights that strap onto your ankles will make the workout more intense once you get used to doing the exercises without the weights.

Doing any sort of cardio will burn that fat off, and if you do some weight training it will give you a more masculine appearance in general.

Here's an article on exercises to burn butt fat:

And, this suggestion may sound weird, but some on-line shops that sell Muslim attire make special pants for men that are not form fitting and are supposed to hide their body shapes. If you're not opposed to the way the pants look, it might hide your butt some. I think Shukr sells men's pants.

I had seach for coolsculpting for skinny people who stuggeling with fat at certain areas, (due to homones or other facts who seams imposible to train away)

however this can only be done if you have a certain amount of fat at the area.
also if you got streching marks its not recomended as it can make them worse.

Thanks for the article! I'll definitely look at that. Also, I just looked up Shukr, and their mens' pants don't look bad at all- I might try those :)

I've got a long binder and when it stays down over my hips it usually helps a little bit, but it rolls up pretty quickly and once it rolls up it makes the problem worse :/ I've been thinking about trying one of the underworks compression short things but I haven't seen much about them.

I've got some stretch marks on my thighs that are already pretty bad, so I think I'll see what else might work.

Wearing a long binder helps to flatten my hips a fair bit, and spanks would probably be helpful too. Building up the arms and shoulders might also help to balance your shape. Uphill walking can be really good for getting fat off the thighs and butt.

I'm 5'6 and 180 lbs and I carry ALL of my weight in my hips, ass, and thighs. It gets frustrating when buying clothes, but it can be manageable. The biggest thing I've done is lift heavy for my upper body. The bigger my shoulders and chest are, the less noticeable my curves are. Also, you simply just have to lose weight. When the T starts working it's magic, a lot fo that weight will end up going to your gut anyways, which nobody wants. Cardio and lowering your carb intake will eventually start to burn fat from those hard to lose areas. Don't start doing squats or anything because you'll build up those muscles and it'll just make you look bulkier in your lower body. Stick with biking, or something that targets your legs to lean out. I also tend to wear my pants a little lower and wear longer t-shirts.

Don't worry about having an ass so much though, girls actually seem to like the fact that I do, even though I'm pretty dysphoric about it.

the doctor I went at told me for my own stretch marks that I could get threatment for stetchmarks and then do the other threatment afterward, however that would sure be more expensive as you would need to pay for 2 threatments insteed of one and it can get kinda expensive depending on where you get it done, I notice a huge diffrence in the prize for same threatment in diffrent countrys so thats also something to take in mind.

I think if we look away from surgery and threatment options, then you can get a long way by the right exercise vs clothes who dosent show off your butt but focusing on other facts.

if your working on getting bigger shoulders and wear clothes who shows your shoulders more than your butt people will notice that more than they will notice your butt.

Cursedfire, I vote for cardio too, it should help to work off where your fat distribution settles.  But for the record, Jamison is right, girls DO like guys that have a firm butt that will FILL out their jeans!

Alright then, I'll try working on some cardio as well :)
Thanks for all the helpful tips, guys!

There are some optical illusions you can pull off with the right clothing.  Try wearing some baggy jeans and sag them about halfway down your butt.  Take a large button-down and wear it open with a T-shirt underneath, if it's long enough it will help hide your figure.

Fat distribution can't be influenced by any diet or type of exercise, that's a myth. Depending on your hormonal setup and individual metabolism, your body has "favorite" areas where it'll stock fat first and burn it out last - and vice versa.
Working out the lower area will only make his butt even rounder (though much less with cardio than strength training). If the OP wants to flatten down his butt as much as possible, he should instead aim at burning off the fat in ways that won't increase his muscle mass in that area.
