Hi, I'll post more on my surgery in the next couple of days.  Just thought I would do a quick post.  I successfully had my top surgery done Monday by Dr. Marie-Claire Buckley.  I cannot express how happy I am with her and her staff.

Congrats, man! That's awesome.

Congraduations Zach, I hope you are having a good recovery and like your new chest. Look forward on hearing more about your experience.  Where is Dr. Marie-Claire Buckley located? How much experience does she have with trans guys?

Congrats! Just curious about your surgeon. What procedures does she perform and what is her estimated cost for top?

According to Google, she's in Minnesota. (Unless it's a different Marie-Claire Buckley).

Thanks for the congrats all.  She is located in Minnesota.  I was able to get this covered under insurance so I didn't get a quote on the surgery before hand (I have met my deductible for the year already).  She is very familiar with working with trans guys and has done quite a few of the surgeries and has done them for many years.

I did notice when researching that she doesn't have a lot of info available about her procedures out on the internet.  Not sure why this is.  Once I heal up, I'll try and post pictures.

What I can tell you right now is that she is very aware of trying to make sure that the scars follow the contour of the body and about dog ears.  In my case she made the incision go back further to try and minimize them.
