crazy at the coast

One thing, if you drink soda, cut that out. And walking a lot helped me along with toning my stomach by regularly holding it in some to help build up the muscle gently without getting ripped or anything. a little pad of fat down low is ok though, I think. Too flat just looks weird to me, lol.

I was going to say just outrun it cause that works no matter how you take it, but that would cause you to lose more.

I'd use an ab routine personally. It takes a LOT more work than most people put into abs to get them to the point of being ripped, so you shouldn't get any noticeable muscle gain from it, but you will lose fat.

AWWW but i live on ice cream  :o and soda  :o :o Hehe guess i best do a whole diet thing now hey  :-X I can try walking but lets just say in my country walking alone on the streets at anytime I could be kidnapped/rapped/killed because my country still has one of the worlds highest crime and rape rates. Thats kinda why i never walked before.

Find a safe place to walk some, even if its around and around the house or whatever, so long as you keep moving and don't mind the repetitive scenery.  I get a lot of walking exercise at work as I am on my feet a lot and moving around the store.

even for a small-frame cis female, 110 lb at 5 6 is too thin. You are going to get anorexic girl, eat more!!!

It's all about diet!
Change your diet, and run or walk and you'll shred fat. If you do it right, almost any type of cardio will help. If you're doing sit-ups/ crunches or ab exercises, cut those out of your regime. They work the muscles under the fat, and your stomach can almost appear bigger if your work the muscles underneath the fat.
Good luck! :D
If you want success as bad as you want to breathe every living moment in your life, you will succeed.

But I am scared to develop any muscles because my T levels never fully dropped no matter what meds I take.

Well, running shreds fat if your diet is adequate. It'll slightly develop lower abdominals and your legs, but that's about it. Well, that's what it did for me anyway :D

Ahh I hadn't thought of that. Listen to him. Disregard my advice.

I learned that from experience lol. About a year ago I wasn't happy with my body, my stomach especially. Switched to the paleo diet and started running about 3-4 miles a day and the fat practically melted off within months.

From what I've seen, most girls have a little bit of tummy. I think that little tummy is sexy, too! When I was thinner at about 120lbs (I'm 5'6 and 140lbs now) I had a little tummy poochy too. Obviously I still have one, but it looks nice and proportional now that I've filled out better. If I were you, I wouldn't try to get rid of it. You may see it as a 'flaw', but it is part of you and you should love it! <3
