Wouldn't it just look like you blown your nose and chucked it in or something? I'd think of that before, "omg! There's pee and toilet paper in the loo, he can't have a penis!"

That's true. I do put it in the toilet as often as in the can. My roommate puts his electric shaver clippings in there too, so it often looks weird anyway. When I was a kid my parents would flick cigarettes into it. That was pretty yucky. I digress, but yeah you can have pretty much anything in your bathroom and it isn't going to give away your genital configuration.
