Name change in Illinois?

Does anyone know how much it costs all-in to change your name in Illinois? I'm researching for a friend, and you can't see the court costs online, you have to contact them directly (and I'm on the wrong continent).

The court filing fee ranges from $117 (Boone County) to $337 (Cook County) with public notice costs from $50 to $100 depending on the paper.
