Are you on HRT yet or considering it, Steph? It's hard to say for sure without seeing the rest of your body or at leasr the whole face as the hair is in the way but the way your head is positioned certainly gives off an impression as female. But it's hard to put up a straight up picture of yourself on the internet. I know it scares me. Anyhoo, I would say with the help of hormones you could def pass. I wouldn't go out in pigtails though if you're trying to pass on the outside as people will stare longer and read you faster.

Steph once you start hormones and your facial features soften you should have no trouble passing.

Oh, I totally know what you mean muu. I was only referring to the pigtails, since whenever i see someone in pigtails I tend to stare. But I am very biased as I'm not a fan of them...but to each their own. For myself, I'm just hoping the HRT feminizes the lower half of my face and rounds it out more so I can sport a pixie cut a la Shannon Sossamyn from Rules of Attraction. I won the MTF genetic lottery as far as brow ridges. I have a flat slightly round forehead.

I think I am ok with brow bossing and I don't seem to have a ridge,  but my lower face needs feminising.  I love pigtails by the way.  Always have.  :-)

Yeah I can't tell if you even have ridges; I sure can't see them. You could thin your eyebrows a little more but that's just a personal preference of mine. Of course, if you thin them too much that can be really really bad and add years to your appearance. As far as pig tails, they're like anything else, each person has her own preference. I mean I love love love pixie cuts and think they are so feminine if one can pull them off. Some hate them. To each their own. I'm probably going to go with an inverted bob when the time comes though. However long that takes. Prob a year.

It's the way I used to do it, the fat pushes against the skin like blowing up a balloon and the wrinkles are gone Poof! Before long you weigh 235 and suddenly you have an epiphany and have to get real. Meantime are you going to get some fat girl clothes?
