My longest, dearest friend had his heart broken the other night. Understandably he was upset which in turn made me rather upset was well, because, well, I love him. I thought he had found that person that he could spend a lifetime with. He's a really great man, strong, smart, and determined. I just don't understand why she would leave him. I really don't.

I'm thinking that it seems I make an OK 'kind of' parent - the skills just seemed to be 2nd nature to me.. I've never been a parent before, but dating a woman with a 9yo daughter has seemingly given me the job and I love it..

I set up an account on ask.fm for people who know me IRL to ask things they might not be able to do in person, and ever since I did people have been sending messages through it about how they respect my whole gender thing and think it's cool, or just general questions about it or random stuff, and one enthusiastic "I LOVE YOU <3". Brightens my day because I'm so awkward around people, nice to communicate with them and feel normal. The support in terms of being trans has been beyond amazing, though- almost makes up for what my parents have been putting me through with it.

I think my mom is going to buy every single sports bra and compression tank in the world before she even considers a binder. My major problem is that my shoulders and back are too wide for a size that will do the job, so it kinda cuts in and makes stuff uncomfortable. But nope, she's going to keep trying

Same, haha. My parents have a rule that if I have anyone sleep over they sleep on the couch. But only if my sister's home, though my sister has told me she wouldn't mind if that weren't a rule.

I'm pretty sure he's doing it on purpose, he wants to go play with the dog a few doors down, but they get into too much trouble together. I just let him out and he took off for where the other dog lives, I'll have to go fetch him in a few minutes again too.

I am so sick of trying to look out for people, having them ignore me, and then later letting them cry on my shoulder because of it. But they never think to actually listen to me.

For this reason, as much as I love him, I hate my boyfriend right now and it's a good thing he's safe behind a computer screen right now because things would get ugly fast if this were going on in person. Why are people determined to do stupid things and get angry when someone tries to keep them from doing something that could leave them hurt or dead or incarcerated or something? It's like someone just takes the brain switch and flips it off
