Some how the people i work (not my MIC or other manager) with discover my birth name. Then they start calling me by it. Then they pretty much out me in front of the store. Can you do this for "her" "she" did this. Blah blah. It really brings me down and makes me upset. I have my name listed as ollie on my nametag, and that is what i wish to be called. I've made that very clear, but they ignore my requests. idunno :(

I'm guessing your name isn't legally changed.

On papers they have to write your birth name; for lists, attendances, schedules and stuff.
So that's probably where they see your name. Until you change it legally, people will probably always know your birth name.
That's something you're just gonna have to deal with.

But I think it's kinda rude that they won't just call you Ollie or use male pronouns.
Have you told them you're trans and therefor prefer to be refereed to as male? Be assertive and confident when doing so.
If you present as female I can understand them not using those pronouns but otherwise they have no excuse.

If you've made it very clear with everyone and they still don't respect you;
in some places they have rules, laws against that kind of behavior. Might want to check into that.
If your manager knows and is on your side, you should talk to him/her about it.

I suppose a legal name change should be in order. I will have to do that. Along with the assertiveness. Thanks for the support and advice, ya'll.
