Forst of all, I bought an Australian prosthetic (Dual with sacks). I was very disappointed : very heavy and didn't glue to my skin.
Then, I bought a Tyron 2 : nice touch and incredible from flaccid you pump your balls then you have an erect cock in a minute. I use Hollister Medical Adhesive 7730 and it stays in place. When I want to wear it when I go swimming or have all night long sexual intercourse, I use Xtra-strengh glue and it's fine !
I wanted to try a brand new erect prosthetic from Emisil. Prosthetic is great, I am very happy of it. I tried to glue it (exactly the same way as Tyron prosthetic) unfortunately it doesn't work. So I don't want to say that Emisil's prosthetics don't glue to skin. Mine doesn't glue to my skin with my glues. Maybe xaphrodite will be able to glue his prosthetic successfully !!

THen, I was so happy with TYron 2 that I bought his new prosthetic Tyron 3. It is very expensive, I am sure that it will work and I will be able to glue it to my skin !!!

Oh man! I know we're asking a lot of you to submit reviews on your prosthetics out of the blue, but it would really be amazing if you would write a few words on your Tryon experience...I've never seen...well...any, actually.  At least that weren't on the website.  I think perhaps only a handful of people have them world-wide.  A review for that would honestly be worth an entirely new thread.

I have to say I am still not that impressed, especially after seeing the videos and photos of emisil, and using the reelmagik for so long.  The emisil in the video just looks very unrefined...the back looks lumpy and shiny as if it were homemade (similar to what the ultimate prosthetics looked like).  Most of the skin texture looks decent, but it really does not appear as amazing as some keep insisting.  When you hold the reelmagik it bounces, swings and moves so realistically, and the emisil looks very stiff and unrealistic in it's movement.  I posted this on the other topic, but my friend went to the trans conference in Philly and he said the new reelmagik prosthetics were just unbelievable, and everyone there was crowding around them and were in shock at the realism in look and feel.  Another thing I noticed is that the back of the emisil is mainly flat, where the reelmagik is contoured to fit the shape of the body...and I think that's what helps keep them adhered.

I think the emisil might be a good option for those who can't afford something more expensive, but honestly I can see why there is a difference in price...the overall quality is noticeable between the two. 

As i have said a number of times, the back is NOT lumpy, i was rotating the testicles inside the sac to show how they moved. Also the tab is NOT naturally shiny. When it just sits there it isnt shiny, only when light hits it in a cetain way. Yes the back of the emisil is flat, but the softness of the tab(its a good type of soft, not weak but fleshy) allows it to contour to the body in any way that you want.

I am going to email RM about being  a tester to see if i can get my hands on one of their new models their coming up with when it happens. Then i will be able to make an accurate comparison between the two instead of this "Well one looks like this and one looks like that" Even the Video of the emisil honestly didnt do the product justice, some of the coloration was not able to be seen.

Let me be very clear about this, the emisil prosthetic is very easy to move, it is not stiff. When you walk, it moves naturally with you, the balls move back in forth to match your steps, and the prosthetic sways nicely. The testicles inside the sac are a bit harder than i would have expected, but it does not by any means hinder the comfortability of the prosthetic.

Not for nothing, but I feel like you're taking this thread as a personal attack on ReelMagik, and getting offended at how much people like an alternative prosthetic isn't really grounds to attack the product that they like. You don't need to convince us that ReelMagik make great prosthetics; we already know that. The people in this thread are buying Emisil prosthetics for their own reasons; either because they like the Emisil ones more, because they wanted a shorter manufacture time, or because they didn't have the budget for a ReelMagik prosthetic yet. Chill out a little and let people enjoy the things they've bought and loved; it doesn't devalue your love of ReelMagik in the slightest.

I second this! Im not by any means saying that Reelmagik is a bad prosthetic, because god knows its beautiful in every way. I am just extremely impressed with Emisil, i did not think that they would be as good as they are. The community was asking for a review of emisil so i gave them what /i/ think of the product. I think its damn good. I think that its a wonderful option for people who may not be able to afford a ReelMagik. I also think that until someone ones both of them, then no one has the right to say which is actually better. And even then, that is just that persons opinion. There are going to be characteristics about both prosthetics that are liked and disliked.

I believe that emisil is a great competition for reelmagik though, and is going to give them a run for their money. Though reelmagik is an ever changing company that changes to fit the communities needs. Either way, it is good to have more than one useful option for prosthetics. Both companies provide flaccid and erect prosthetics that are hyper realistic. Some will favor emisil more than reelmagik and some will favor reelmagik more than emisil. Most of this will just come down to personal preference of which is better.

Emisil may be more of an option for people who are SUPER dysphoric about the color of their prosthetics, as they have a much wider color selection and if that STILL doesnt work, you can always have yours custom fit to your skin tones. They also have an uncircumsized model which is something that has been strongly desired by the community

Reelmagik does offer a nice basic packer though which may not be as detailed as some of these other prosthetics, but it much lower in price. They also will be providing 3-d testicles which is a feature that many people are looking for ( i personally kind of dont want because every experience with 3-d testicles that i have had has been uncomfortable.)

I'm really thankful that you're doing all this, xaphrodite! Like many here, I've been interested in the Emisil prosthetics, and I'm currently deciding whether I should start saving up for one or not.

In your video, I think the only problem that I saw was the "skin" under the penis, where it would rest when against the balls. I know it's probably not shiny in real life, but to me, it looked a little too "plasticky," if that's even a word. However, everything else looked really nice, especially the balls.
I'm a little curious about the FL05, though, as that's the one I want to purchase. I have to admit, the balls look a little too "young," but if they're realistic enough, I think I'll go for that one. otherwise, I might get your model.

I would love to hear a Tyron3 review once you get it and try it out. To be honest, I'm not too impressed with how the product looks flaccid: I like it a lot more when erect. However, it sounds like it's a fairly good prosthetic. The little pleasure "knob" is definitely a plus, but I think it's a little too expensive for me. So, I guess a review describing how it feels in comparison with the Emisil products would help.

There really is no part of the prosthetic that is naturally shiny. It does shine slightly in certain lights, but when your just looking at it, theres nothing shiny at all! I took the video in my bathroom (its just the easiest place) and the light in there is one of those heat lights so it is VERY bright. The rest of my house is very dark so yea... its kind of a lose lose when it comes to videos.
Upon really close examination, there is only one vein which is a little close to the surface (though i have seen this on bio penises before so it doesnt bug me) the middle section of this vein, has a slight shine on the top of it. Other than that, the prosthetic does not shine. It looks just as real skin does

Hey guys...just a quick note about these prosthetics from emisil.  I, like others have been curious as to why they are charging so much less than other prosthetic companies for their products (FTM Prosthetics: $700-$1400, RM: $500-$900).  As it turns out, the currency exchange rate is ridiculously high in their favor...$400 american dollars is equal to $1040.00 in their currency, so they are actually profiting much more and simply have an advantage due to the exchange rates.  U.S. companies can't compete with this, which is a shame...we'll end up losing out in the end with fewer options to choose from:(

If a company made a three in one packer that was realistic i'd pay any amount of money they asked me for. The exchange rate works in our favor in this case. If local soil steps up there game i'll pay them the $1000 usd instead. That's how I see it anyways. I may have missed this at some point in this delightfully long thread but did someone mention Emisil was looking into an stp option?

Just letting you all know that my adhesive cam in the mail yesterday, but all my mail gets sent to my friends house so i dont have it with me at the moment but i will in a few hours and then i will test it out and by the end of the day i will post a review of how it works and such. I will admit now that i did go kind of cheap on the adhesive. I went with a totally different brand called "pros aide". Although i have never heard of it used in the trans* community, it is a very reputable silicone prosthetic adhesive so i dont really see a reason for it not to work haha.

I was just about to try that on my prosthetic!  I have some left over from a cosplay and was wondering it could be a good prosthetic adhesive.  I do know that it does not work on cyberskin (I tried it as a sealant for my recolored Sailor; it peeled and stuck to everything), but silicone might work.

You've got to be kidding me.

Googling '400 USD in LTL' doesn't bring you back another number in USD, it brings you back a number in LTL. Now, this might have escaped you, but that is a different currency, and no longer USD, which means you can't put a dollar sign in front of it and claim that the new number is equal to that amount in the US. Just because 400 USD is 1040 LTL, that doesn't mean they miraculously get more money out of the equasion; that's not how currency exchange rates work. They're based on the economy, and while they can help us get things a little cheaper every now and then, they're often very even. Say a loaf of bread cost 2 USD, that same loaf of bread will likely cost 5 LTL. Stop scrounging for reasons to hate them; it's ridiculous and an insult to the company and people who believe in them.

To my knowledge you only benefit from the exchange rate if you travel to the country, have money exchanged and then have the money exchanged back. I believe it's where I lost a bit of money in traveling to the UK. Even so, it was worth it. Mailing something you wouldn't because you are just buying something that costs a certain amt and you will be using the type of dollars used in X country. I think that the credit cards do the transactions, they charge a fee for this.  Anything you gain, is probably made up by the postage which will be very high.

$1000 US dollars is NOT equal to 1000 LTLs. $1000 is equal to about $2631 LTLs (today anyway). The exchange rate changes by the day.

These things cost whatever they cost. So that in one country they would cost more to make because of the price of certain goods, etc. in that country. I don't think anybody but Ultimate prosthetics is making that much money on this deal (because he doesn't deliver). Silicone is tricky to deal with and the learning curve is exceptionally steep. I would bet everybody is working out of their house. I think RM has the three employees they sent to Philly Trans health and that Emisil has one.

I think they are mid-range cost prosthetics. May have more to do with the amt of silicone than anything, tbh. They simply aren't as expensive to make. I don't even think FTM prosthetics is making some kind of killing. BTW, aren't they in Germany or something?

Figuring out your advantage or disadvantage is far harder.
