I am so way stresssed on this, I dont have the time to go through the sessions I went through before IDK I already bought the tickets, thhey are not refundable, I have scheduled time off work, I cant change the date....... OMG IDK What I am going to do, if anyone can please give me some ideas ccaus eI dont have any at the moment other than begging the afore mentioned dr I saw.

I am so stressed IDK what I am going to do if I cant get this in time :'(

Don't stress. The medical certificates are easily obtained in Thailand. Go to Praram 9 hospital http://www.praram9.com/en/index.php
and tell them you need 2 letters for SRS. They'll let you see 2 psychiatrists (Dr. Payom Inkatanuwat and Dr. Dujrudee Apiwong). The process should take less than 4 hours and cost less than US$100. (I went there last May, got everything done quite easily) You can walk in also no need to make an appointment but you can call ahead just in case.

Email Dr. C's office with the above information, I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with it. If you need any more questions let me know, I'll be glad to help. :)

I also emailed a couple of the online dr's too, and I'm going to try another one here as well since they are covered by my ins :-\

I just realised I was so stressed I put this thread in the wrong place :o ,well I have an appt tuesday at 9 am the see a dr who is suposedly familier with tg issues, I hope it goes well and I can get a letter.
just for reference and to as for opinion
I changed my name and everything 11+years ago, was on hormones with a dr for 5 years, then off then back on (self med) for 3 (because of finances)
I have lived/worked etc as who I am and pass perfectly IMO this whole time
I have the original letter of recommendation

Do I have anything to worry about? ??? Should I quit stressing ?

Oh and can someone move this to a better location lol

At your service, m'lady - It is where it belongs now.

Where do you want it? You seem to be getting the advice you need! If you want it in another area I'm happy to move it. But it seems OK here!

Phew, talk about a relief went to the phd today and all went well, I had to sign a release of info and email it back to her but she's writing the letter, so looks like I'm golden- all this stress for naught lol, silly ol me  :P
On a more funnier side I totally blew her away when I told her I was tg, she had no clue whatsoever  ;D and on a positive note she was able to point me in the direction of a dr to help with my hormones, so I can quit self medicating myself  :)
So now the countdown to lift off  begins!!!!!
