Quote from: girl you look fierce on February 15, 2013, 03:17:42 AMUnless you noticed a difference in masculinization when you were off HRT there should be no effect on your final results.Good luck
Quote from: Doro on February 15, 2013, 01:28:50 PMThat worries me, because I think my fat redistributed while off, and my facial hair has started to grow out faster, also my face is,t as glowy as it was when I was on. Just how much have I ruined transition?
Quote from: Emily Elizabeth on February 15, 2013, 03:13:25 PMTransition's not really about looks though. It's about accepting yourself and allowing others to accept you as yourself. Physical effects are just icing on the cake,
Quote from: Emily Elizabeth on February 15, 2013, 03:13:25 PMI doubt you've ruined it. I was on hrt for about 6 months around 7 years ago and got cold feet. I was ready for the effects. I wasn't ready to come out. Like you, once I stopped, my facial hair started coming in faster than it had before and my skin texture reverted back. What didn't go back fully is my face. It still looks more feminine today than it did 10 years ago. I also still have breast development that never fully went away.Transition's not really about looks though. It's about accepting yourself and allowing others to accept you as yourself. Physical effects are just icing on the cake, most of which can be cosmetically enhanced if you feel that strongly about them.
