I'm not sure what binder i should get. What brands do you all recommend ?? I'm a small male  , 5'3" and 120lbs . In some shirts i look like i have a chest but others i don't.

I've only used Underworks so far, but they seem to work well. The tri-top is pretty good. Other guys really seem to like the LesLoveBoats becauce some of their styles have velcro at the sides, so you can open it up and take a few deep breaths during the day.

I second the underworks tri-top being a good bet for a first binder. Not that expensive, gets the job done for most.

Underworks. Get the size they recommend on their size chart and you'll be compressed AND still able to take deep breaths and do rigorous exercise. The trip top is pretty good, I'd also recommend the Double Front Compression shirt, just step into the bottom, pull it up over your chest to your arm pits, then pull the top up, put you arms through and you have a doubled over binder that's providing you with 4x compression AND you can still breathe. No reason binding has to be painful, just make sure you get the size that will FIT you, don't get a size smaller for extra compression, you'll just be uncomfortable and miserable.

How do i go about washing it? I always put my clothes in the hamper and my mom does everyones clothes at once. How often do i need to wash it ?

Under works has instructions for cleaning them. Essentially throw it in the wash on Cold, Delicate (or Hand wash) with detergent, (On principle I always avoid using fabric softener because of it's destructive properties, long term.) Hang to dry.

Still dont know what kind to get , I'm a 32C and i saw the underworks but the Loveboat kind they use model's with A cups so i dont know if it will work for my chest :/ Has anyone that is a C cup used either of these brands and it looked like pecks ?

The bigger your chest, the bigger the 'pecs'.  Underworks definitely creates the pec look, especially if you 'arrange' them under the binder to ensure it; I dunno about any of the lesloveboat ones because I've never purchased one.

Just measure yourself according to their instructions - lesloveboat and underworks both fit all kinds of chests.

I've heard from big chested guys that the Les love boats aren't as good as the under works. I am a 32D and the underworld size small seems fine. Its not completely flat, but I know the extra small won't get them flat completely either. for my first binder, I just got one from underworks figuring I'd buy more our go elsewhere if I didn't like it. I've since bought more since I've liked it.

I'm a 34 DD. I have only ever used Underworks and it's the only one, after researching and getting opinions from other FTM's, that I would recommend to a larger chested individual. Underworks still allows for a full range of breathing and is safe to wear for extended periods of time as long as you wear your correct size (the longest I wore mine was for 4 days straight, sleeping and awake).

also just to add, Yes you can arrange your breasts to create a 'pec' look using either the tri-top or the double compression from Underworks

This.

Underworks is great for the larger chested. LLB is good for a C and below. If you're a C, then I'd look into LLB if comfort is your thing. Remember that the LLB is like $70+ and the Underworks is like $30+ so if cost is an issue, that's another thing to look into.
