Hello everyone, I'm 5 months post of, I had penile inversion, still do not feel much things.
How long does it take to start feel sensate down there?

It depends on what you mean by sensate.  I am only six weeks post op, and am now feeling the dilator full depth of my vagina, and its actually becoming pleasant.  I feel other things in the area, but do not associate them with good feelings yet.  I have some feelings that are not really in the right place (they feel outside the vulva, like my scrotum was still there).  My clitoris just got out from behind a couple of sutures about a day ago, and has feeling, but I can't really interpret the feeling just now.

My suggestion is to call your surgeon if you are really concerned.

I actually just got a 6 week follow-up call from my surgeons office yesterday.  For an old trans broad I am not doing too badly, in fact a little better than expected.
I refuse to have a war of wits with a half armed opponent!!

Wiser now about Post Op reality!!
