I've dieted before, and ended up on the verge of an eating disorder. Let's not go into that, it was a very dark time.

I've been gaining weight recently, likely because I've been feeling depressed and I'm a comfort eater.

I need to lose it again because it's made my chest bigger. :( But I want to do it right, not crash diet or anything. Also, I want to gain muscle.

This is scary territory but it needs to happen. I'm starting a healthy eating plan from tomorrow. Wish me luck I guess. I'm scared. xD

You don't need a crash diet to maintain weight just make sure what your eating is healthy and exercise regularly. Since you want to put on muscle eat foods high in protein like chicken.
