I've been on hormones for seven months now but I am still suffering from wet dreams. I have had five in the last month alone. I'm not quite sure how it happens to be honest because I don't really have erections anymore. When I'm waking up in the middle of the ejaculation I notice I'm not erected at all, yet I can feel the muscles contracting and feel the liquid coming out. I don't think it is a full orgasm though because I don't have the body numbing sensation and headrush feeling that I have read is supposed to accompany an orgasm.
Anyway, what can I do to get rid of these? Why aren't the hormones stopping them? Would they still happen if I were post-op but non sexual? Would physical castration, an orchiectomy, stop them?

Yes, and eventually HRT would stop them. The feminizing hormones are simply collapsing the prostate and pushing seminal fluid out. Many MtF's find that the stimulation of being on female hormones makes them want to masturbate more then ever before which is always disconcerting to most MtF's who have no love affair with their penis. However their masturbating alleviates the need for the body to purge seminal fluids at night like you're going through.

That sounds like good news. About how long will that process take? Is it a sure thing too?

depends on the resilience of your junk really. We're all a bit different.

Practicality dominates me. I can be a bit harsh, but I mean well.
