Has anyone stopped taking T for a while?

I was on T for about 2 and a half years. I stopped due to not finding a dr in my area. ive been off of it for about 4 months now. My three years woullda been in may. I was wondering if anyone has stopped taking T and notice some new changes when they started again? or if anyone has switched the type of T and noticed new changes?

I was on Testosterone Cypionate ( in sesame oil) but im thinking about switching to Testosterone Cypionate +
Estradiol Cypionate ( cotton seed oil). i don't think i progressed as far as id like to and thats why im thinking about switching.

I stopped for a mounth where it where required to get top surgery, and then I change the type of T from gel to injection. I just notice that it seams to work faster with injection than with gel
