Transition-wise, what do you hope to achieve next in your tranition (if you have something to complete)?  What are your current plans fo the next 2 years?  What about within the next 5 years? Seeing a therapist? Name change? Gender marker change? Coming out to family/friends/employees? Testosterone? Hormone blockers? Top surgery? Hysto? Bottom surgery?  I'm curious to see what's the next step for everyone.

For me, my next step is top surgery.  My therapist told me when I have the money for top surgery to come back and see her and she will write the letter in the next session. :)  I would like to have that achieved within the next 5 years.

My next immediate step is being referred to a gender clinic. Then in September I'm going to go full time when I begin uni. Between July and September I hope to come out to most other people and create a new facebook profile then go through the legal name change. Some time through this I hope to start T. I'm at the very beginning of my journey and I only recently came out to my parents. It's been a hard journey so far but I look forward to the end result.

Top surgery in two years or less and then I can get my birth certificate changed in my State. After that it's just bottom surgery to think about but that will be about a decade down the road financially (especially if I choose phallo). I really hope there is another option by then.

Well I just got in contact with a doctor so hoping I can get T without too much a hassle, then a name change hopefully this year. Top surgery is pretty far away financially wise but right now I'm more focused on losing a bunch of weight anyway.

That's another area I want to focus on before I get top surgery.  I'm going to use that time to hopefully drop a few pounds too so my results can be better.

I hope the waiting list won't be too long for you.

I feel you on the bottom surgery part.  I'm contantly looking up any progress being made in the area, even though I'm about 10 years away from it myself.

Good luck when you go full time at your Uni! I'm loving your positive outlook on your transition.

so far im to check on my cheast, theres some wierd muscle thing going on which means maybe I need an extra surgery on it or maybe it will go away by itself, my plan is to get that checked or fixed if posible.

I dont know about my gender marked, but theres rumours that in 1 year it could be posible to get changed without castration/sterilisation. if so then I might get to change that. well see what time brings.

most of my plans so far isnt transrelated, more to live what I have lost, first step going to swim for next wensday XD

I sadly can't do any more than change my name  :-\. I guess I'll just save up and wait.

T, whenever that happens should be this week or next.
May or June this year, name change.
Next year top surgery.

Next step is coming out to a gradually broadening circle to stop the endless wave of dysphoria somewhere. Also need to get in better shape. Being a good size doesn't mean everything is taut enough and strong enough for my liking.

Some distant, glorious day, I will hold a bottle of T in my hand, too.

wheat thins are delicious

Top surgery and hysterectomy.  After whichever I'm able to get first I will be able to get my sex marker and birth certificate changed.

I'm still at the very beginning. I'd like to see a gender therapist & find a grad school that has insurance plans that might cover top surgery or at least T! I'm hoping to go to grad school out of state and come out to my family long-distance. I may or may not be out to the program/my classmates, depending. I've had good luck coming out to other students my age.

Also, it's really painful for me to bind or even wear soft spandex sports bras, so I'd like to figure out what's wrong with my chest/ribs and maybe see if I could get surgery that way.

Saving money for top surgery. However, I just a good (and my first) post college job based on the fact that I'm biologically female, so it may be another year or so. Not really a big deal to me since I'm just happy to have such an awesome job, and I don't really care how people see me so much. At work I'm a girl and everywhere else I'm a dude. Eh. Depends on time off and money on when I get the surgery.

Top surgery really is the last thing I desperately want though. I'm not planning on changing my name since its unisex and I'm attached to it. It was the first thing that was ever given to me. Changing gender markers would annul my marriage so I'm not too keen on that either.

All going well I should have had top surgery by this time next year. At the moment I'm gathering all the info I need to apply for my GRC.
