I've been seeing my therapist once a week for the past month or so. I mentioned starting HRT sometime soon and she said that whenever I was ready, she'll prepare a letter of recommendation. But before I go I want to talk to my PCP first and see what she says. But I'm pretty sure I want to start. I do worry that I'm rushing into things, however, but I've never wanted anything else so badly in my life.

The answer to your question is "none."  However, I would strongly advise that you talk to a therapist first, to sort out your thoughts and feelings.

In the new standards to decision to begin HRT primarily rests with the patient.

Lol when I was 19 I asked local ts prostitutes what doctor writes
Thwm
Than I told the doctor in first visit I want them and I was
Already on hormones from buying them off the street
Which was a lie hehehe
And he reprimanded me and and told me the dangers
I walked out with three months of full cycle hormones lol

The change in the SOC is good to know. My therapist is a counselor at the community college I'm going to and I honestly don't think she knows what she's doing. The first session was spent with me telling her what I was after and asking if she was able to provide my HRT letter and any future letters I may need. On the other hand, my new physician knows his stuff and actually managed to tell me a thing or two I didn't already know. Once I get a job I'd like to continue with therapy... Just not with her.
I did my waiting! Twelve years of it! In [my head!] Azkaban!

I have just started with my counselor, got the first 6 appointments paid for by Medicare (Australia). I can get up to 10 if I see my GP to update my mental heath plan, to which he has talked to me about.

I think it's worth going for counseling, sort myself out before I start HRT. This is a must for me!
